Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing to read The Blue Mountain. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy (India)

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days). Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For standard shipping across India, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier partner delays in certain pin codes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.

Damages During Shipping

We pack our books with utmost care. However, if you receive a damaged book, please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, and contact us immediately with photos so we can process a replacement. For more details, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy.

International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within India. If you reside outside India and wish to order a copy, please contact our support team at agastya7shankhla@gmail.com to check feasibility and international shipping rates.
