Refund & Replacement Policy

We want you to have the best reading experience. We offer a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your book to request a replacement if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unread, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, along with clear photos of the damaged or defective book.

Note: We only accept return/replacement requests for items that are physically damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

How to Start a Replacement Request

To start a return or replacement, please contact us immediately at agastya7shankhla@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, or we will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to courier availability). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Our primary policy is to replace the damaged book with a fresh copy. However, if a replacement copy is out of stock or unavailable, we will process a refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
